Return & Exchange Policy – Kunj 1 Gram Gold Jewellery

At Kunj 1 Gram Gold Jewellery, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since we deal in 1 Gram Gold Plated Jewellery, which falls under fashion and imitation jewellery category, please read our return policy carefully.

🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item must be damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered
  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tag, and invoice must be available
  • Unboxing video is mandatory proof for damaged or wrong item claims

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product nature, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Items damaged due to water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals
  • Slight color difference due to screen display
  • Normal wear & tear of polish over time
  • Change of mind / not liking the design

🔄 Exchange Policy

We provide exchange only, not cash refunds, in case of approved return.

  • Exchange will be processed after product inspection
  • Customer must send product back to our return address
  • Shipping charges for exchange are to be borne by customer
  • New item will be shipped after receiving the returned product

We generally do not offer refunds because 1 gram jewellery is fashion jewellery.

Refund is possible only if:

  • Product is out of stock for exchange
  • Or issue cannot be resolved

In such case, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via original payment method.
